SHIPPING

We offer free shipping and returns worldwide on all items, all the time.
Please note that tax and possible customs fees will be incurred upon delivery of your parcel when shipping outside the eu.

You will receive an e-mail containing your tracking number once your package has been shipped and delivery will be usually within five working days from that date.
Our couriers – UPS and DHL- deliver from Monday to Saturday. Delivery isn’t currently possible on Sundays or public holidays.

If the courier is unable to delivery your package, a second attempt will be made or you will get an email with the instructions to follow to collect your parcel at an UPS/DHL point.

Please note that at this time we’re unable to ship orders using general delivery, PO boxes, APO, FPO, or other services providers.

If your order has been shipped and you want to check the status, just click the tracking button on the email you received and you will be able to follow the status of the shipment.

RETURNS

We will refund any Linda Meyer-Hentschel product purchased within our online boutique that doesn’t meet your expectations, provided you submit your request within 30 days from the day it was delivered. A pre paid shipping label will be included with your order.

REPEAL POLICY

Your repeal of purchase will automatically take effect if you return the items within 30 days as indicated above.

Please note that:
• once you have sent us your return request, you need to return your item(s) within 15 days.
• return requests can only be made for one order at a time. Additional returns require additional return requests.
• all items must be returned in their original condition without having been worn, washed or altered, and with their tags still attached.
• merchandise must be returned in one package.
• return shipments must be made using the same service as for the original delivery ups) and we can only accept returns from the country to which an order was originally shipped. For example, orders delivered to italy must be returned from Italy. Otherwise, the return is unfortunately not free of charge (shipping and import fees will be charged at your own expense).
• customized or personalized items cannot be returned.

Refunding the purchase

Once your returned package has been checked by our team, you will receive an email regarding the returned item(s).
If everything is in order, we will refund you as quickly as possible.

Please note:
• the refund is always credited to the payment method with which the original purchase was made.
• the refund is always credited in the same currency as the original purchase.
• the refund is always credited to the purchaser’s account.
• the time it takes to receive your refund depends on the payment method or your credit card provider.
