We hope you love your new LMH-wear, but if something doesn’t quite meet your expectations, we’ll refund any purchase from our LMH online boutique within 30 days of the order delivery date.

Simply follow the following return instruction or just get in touch with our customer service and we will take care of the rest for you.

STEP 1 — CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER CARE

Please email us stating your order number. Just let us know which item(s) you wish return and the reason for your exchange or return, so we can serve you even better in the future. Before returning your item(s), please wait to receive a return authorization reply.

STEP 2 — PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE FOR RETURN

Place the item(s) you wish to return in their LMH packaging and then in their original outer box, or in a similar package that will protect them. Please make sure the item’s hang tags haven’t been removed and be sure to return any other packaging and accessories that were included when it was delivered. The item(s) mustn’t show any sign of wear or usage or be marked in any way. If any of the requirements mentioned here aren’t met, it won’t be possible to accept your requested return.

STEP 3 — COMPLETE THE RETURN FORM & AFFIX THE RETURN LABEL

Together with your purchase, we will send you a returns form and a pre-paid return label. Complete the returns form with all information required then place the completed form inside the box and seal the package securely. Finally, affix the return label provided to the outside of your package to be returned.

In case you have lost your returns form or return label, just contact us.

If you’re returning item(s) from outside the eu, in addition to the steps above, please complete three copies of the provided returns pro-forma invoice. Place all copies in a transparent envelope affixed to the box without closing it, or hand them to the courier at pickup or drop-off. These documents are required for customs, so please be sure to complete all three copies.

STEP 4 — FIND YOUR CLOSEST UPS/DHL ACCESS POINT OR BOOK A COURIER COLLECTION

Once you have authorization to return your item(s), please check the courier’s name on the return label that you received (DHL or UPS) and take your package to the courier’s nearest access point ( click here for UPS and here for DHL) or schedule a time for them to collect it by visiting their website or calling their local center.

Alternatively, you can always contact our customer care.
Remember to obtain a signed delivery receipt from the access point or courier who comes to collect. Please note that all LMH items must be delivered to ups for shipment within 15 days of receiving authorization for their return.

STEP 5 –  LOOK OUT FOR OUR ACCEPTANCE EMAIL

Once we receive your returned item(s) and our quality control staff have completed their checks, we will confirm acceptance of your return by email. All approved returns will be credited as soon as possible – using the same currency, account and payment method for the original purchase.
